By booking any service at Mel’s Divination, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Mel’s Divination reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice. Events outside Mel’s Divination’s control shall be considered force majeure.

PAYMENT

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Mel’s Divination.

All transfers conducted through Mel’s Divination are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Readings, Appointments & Refund Policy

Mel has the right to cancel and refund a reading if she is unable to complete the Service.

If the Client reserves an appointment with Mel and cancels within 1 week of the appointment they may be liable to pay 50% of the Service price. The client agrees to these terms at the time of payment received for service.

There will be zero refunds once purchased. If you purchase an appointment and need to be rescheduled at a later time, you can use your purchase to reschedule. It is the clients responsibility to make sure they understand what they are buying at the time of purchase, and always have the option to reach out to us via email at melsdivinationreadings@gmail.com, if there are any questions prior to purchase. When a reading, coaching session or consult is completed, the client has paid for our time of the service, no matter the messages delivered by spirit, regardless if the information resonates or not, you paid for our time together. When purchasing a consult, be sure to read the directions properly; a consult is an answer to a question, not an appointment nor is it some form of reading, coaching or spell work. It is the client’s responsibility to understand and comprehend what they are buying and to read all terms prior to purchase. Once purchase has been made, the client automatically agrees to the terms that are previously stated.

Mel reserves the right to refuse to work for/with clients who are not a good match, as well as has discretion around the topic areas she may read on.

Appointment Cancelation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. In order to be respectful of everyone, including Mel please email melsdivinationreadings@gmail.com as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 1 week in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

If cancellation happens less than 1 week in advance, Mel reserves the right to reschedule, refund, or not refund your purchase, as this prevents her from taking other clientele.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

We must state that all items should be treated for entertainment purposes only and should never replace professional advice. I am here to guide you, but not take on the responsibility of your own life. Paths can change; we're in charge of our own destiny. No one can guarantee anything about your future 100%.

Readings and Consultations around death, missing persons, health-related items, domestic abuse/violence, and any type of legal(or illegal) activities are under Mel’s discretion and can be refused.

Mel does not read on outcomes of; health, death, medical, pregnancy, legal & or major finanical outcomes including visas, major court cases, etc. Please defer to a qualified professional in that specific area for help.
FORCE MAJEURE

Events outside Mel’s Divination control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Mel’s Divination is released from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.
