Q: How do I get the most out of my reading?

A: Set aside time for your private reading, take notes during your session, and stay open-minded and open-hearted. Mel’s guides are very specific about the client's journey. They can sometimes be that tough Italian grandmother who tells you what you need to hear versus what you want to hear. Remember the messages are just for you and sometimes it does take a while for them to sink in and make sense after a reading. Be sure to come to the reading in a peaceful mindset, your fear, worries, anxiety, or any overly heightened emotions will make it more difficult to read for you which could influence the messages coming through. 

Q: Can you do spell work for me?

A: No- Mel does NOT offer any kind of professional spellwork for clients, if a client is looking for support with their own spellwork they can purchase an emailed consult for help. 

Q: Can you connect with my dead loved one?

A: No- Mel is NOT a Medium which is not the same thing as a psychic intuitive.

Q: I received a message from you on social media, and I did not reach out first, was that you?

A: NO Mel will NEVER reach out to you on her own. The only contact Mel would ever communicate would be to a response already sent and only from the email of Melsdivinationreadings@gmail.com. Anything else is not Mel. 

Q: I need an immediate reading are you available?

A: Currently Mel does not offer same-day private readings as she books up before the same day, if you need an emergency reading you can try to catch her on live YouTube or TikTok. Mel will at some point provide an option to purchase an emailed reading for a quick turnaround in her store but that is currently not available. 

Q: Do you offer refunds? Can I get my money back?

A: No, Mel does not offer refunds as mentioned in her terms of conditions section of the website. You pay for Mel’s time just like a lawyer that is paid per hour. If you need to reschedule or cancel due to an emergency, a gift card can be offered for a rescheduling depending on the circumstances. 

Q: I want a private reading how do I get one?

A: Under “appointments” on Mel’s website you can book a reading with her, keep in mind her schedule is very full so try to plan ahead of time. Mel does not offer on-demand readings.

Q: Do you have any deals? 

A: Yes, Mel is always offering specials depending on the season and time of year. For new clients Mel offers a discount for their first reading, and if you refer a friend you also get bonuses for that.  We recently posted a Blog explaining what’s offered currently you can find that here.

Q: Do you offer in-person readings?

A: Mel is currently only offering readings online. If this changes we will inform the public of it at that time, so make sure you check back or follow our blog!

Q: Are you only a tarot card reader?

A: Mel is a psychic intuitive, she uses tarot cards and oracle cards just as a tool to begin a reading, often she doesn’t use them as the reading goes on as channeled information comes through that just flows, being open to any and all messages that come through even strange ones will be most important to your successful reading. 

Q: I sent Mel money during a live but she didn’t do my reading, do I get my money back?

A: Mel explicitly tells all viewers to NOT send money unless asked because of many different circumstances like her scheduling, her energy levels, and even live feed times, any money sent to Mel is considered a donation if not agreed upon between Mel and the viewer ahead of time.
